McCord’s 22 years of service were recently recognized with a certificate and lapel pin by the American Heart Association (AHA).

McCord teaches Healthcare Provider Courses (certification designed for those that are in the Healthcare Industry) and Heartsaver CPR for Adults, Children and Pediatrics as well as Heartsaver First Aid for Adults, Children and Pediatrics. Along with teaching CPR and First Aid, he also instructs students in the use of an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED). Dave volunteers to teach Heartsaver classes at special need facilities as well as schools and churches.
