Mary Anne Dillin was directly involved with the implementation of a new PROMPT Ambulance Service contract with St. Mary’s Hospital, as a member of the team which did the first, patient transports to and from the Centers for Radiation and Oncology (CIRO). She worked directly with St. Mary’s staff organizing procedures and patient scheduling, and established the method for communications with the CIRO staff. Ms. Dillin consistently looks for ways to improve the operations and meet the increasing demands of CIRO.

With headquarters located at 9835 Express Drive, Highland, PROMPT Ambulance Service and Southlake Limousine Service have also added a Merrillville base at 6300 Broadway. PROMPT provides ambulance service to Dyer, Griffith, Highland and Munster.
