Sutherland received a cash award, an engraved plaque, and reserved parking in the Associate of the Month parking space. He is also eligible for the Associate of the Year Award.

Samah Sutherland exhibits extraordinary work dependability. He is always willing to reorganize his personal agenda to help fill shifts whenever it’s needed. He will even fill in as a Shift Supervisor if necessary. He shares his knowledge of ALS skills with partners, communicating information easily. Samah is a team player who works well with others.

Criteria for the RESCUE Award: An associate should 1) exhibit a commitment to emergency medical service while maintaining an excellent commitment to PROMPT, its customers and the general public; 2) sustain a high level of productivity and consistent quality of work; 3) demonstrate high degree of initiative in the performance or responsibilities; 4) display exceptional dependability; 5) maintain, demonstrate and exhibit effective relationships with others.
