As an EMT and field trainer, Rachel Holevinsky is consistently professional, reliable and dependable. She displays these traits in her work and toward her trainees. EMT-B’s she has trained are outstanding, displaying many of those same qualities. Patients and their caregivers appreciate her strong level of customer service as well as her professionalism.

Criteria for the RESCUE Award: An associate should 1) exhibit a commitment to emergency medical service while maintaining an excellent commitment to PROMPT, its customers and the general public; 2) sustain a high level of productivity and consistent quality of work; 3) demonstrate high degree of initiative in the performance or responsibilities; 4) display exceptional dependability; 5) maintain, demonstrate and exhibit effective relationships with others.
