This free event will also feature light bites, curated by Executive Chef Larry Feldmeier, and refreshments. As an art and science inspired restaurant, the Albert provides a unique dining experience with over 12,000 carefully selected science novels lining the walls of the airy, double-height space. In addition, the restaurant offers an intimate 20-seat open kitchen where guests are invited behind-the-scenes to witness a culinary canvas, firsthand, while marveling in the commissioned artwork from West Coast surrealist painter, Paul Bond, and local Chicago artist, Jonathan Plotkin.
