Carol Thompson of Fired Up and Fabulous is an award-winning leader, seasoned consultant, coach, trainer and facilitator providing workshops, training and coaching for companies and organizations.  She spent the past 25 years in the marketplace building award-winning teams, developing people and forging productive relationships.  She has built and managed sales teams for a Fortune 100 company, where she was recognized as a Top Producer, Recruiter and Trainer within the company.

In 2010 she founded Fired Up and Fabulous where she coaches, delivers training and inspires success for individuals and organizations. 

A 40-year member of Sweet Adelines International, Carol has achieved many honors including winning 7 International Chorus Championships with a chorus from Northbrook IL.  She has served in leadership roles within this organization and currently directs the local chapter Great Lake Sound who placed first overall in their category at this past year’s contest.

A professional trainer, speaker, author, certified wellness specialist and licensed health professional, she is honored to serve on local and national boards including the WEI Program for Women at St. Mary’s College, St Joe CEO, and Sweet Adelines International Regional Management Team.
