Chicago families looking for a safe and fun trick-or-treating route this Halloween can head to the Wicker Park, Bucktown, West Town and Logan Square neighborhoods, where local businesses and shops are hosting a neighborhood trick-or-treating extravaganza with more than 60 stops along the route. The event will take place on Thursday, October 31 from 3 to 6 p.m.

Participating businesses from the Wicker Park Bucktown, West Town and Logan Square Chambers of Commerce will have balloons on display to mark the way for the Halloween festivities. The event is co-hosted by the chambers and sponsored by MedSpring.

Trick-or-treating is open to families in the Chicagoland area looking for a way to elevate their Halloween experience. The event is free for all. The event can be posted about and followed on social media with the hashtag #wickedwesttrickortreat. For more information, visit www.wickerparkbucktown.com.

The Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce serves as a cornerstone of the Wicker Park and Bucktown commercial districts, advancing the financial goals of neighborhood businesses through the creation of a dynamic economic climate, increasing the neighborhood's visibility and viability, and encouraging profitable relationships within the community. The Chamber administers Special Service Area (SSA) #33, guided by a volunteer Commission of SSA taxpayers who serve on active committees. For more information, please visit www.wickerparkbucktown.com.
