ABOUT ASHLEY YATES, director

Ashley Yates is excited for her mainstage directorial debut at The Factory! She moved to Chicago in 2011 after graduating from the University of Iowa with a BA in Theater Arts. She joined The Factory Theater in 2016 and has been on stage in six mainstage productions since then. She co-produces the revived Fight Night at The Factory and is a proud Artistic Associate with Babes With Blades Theatre Company. Her love of theater comes from her fierce Grandma Janie! Her love of pro wrestling comes from growing up in the 90's with a little brother so thank you to Chris Yates for getting to the remote control first on Mondays. A massive THANK YOU to Brittany Ellis for giving her courage to direct this beast of a show, her husband, Joey, for listening to every thought that pops into her head, and her cats, Kit10 and Whiskey Baby, for being snuggly.
