Dunes Learning Center is thrilled to announce the upcoming field trip opportunity for homeschool students held on April 16, 2024 from 10am to 5pm. While typically designed for 4th-8th graders, this opportunity is open to homeschoolers of all ages.

This accessible day-long program will include a Walk Through Time; a fun interactive hike to discover how the land of Indiana Dunes National Park has been used since the 1600's. Students will experience the landscape while it was inhabited by indigenous populations, early settlers, and others influential to the area. The day will include team building activities, trail hikes, and more outdoor fun. A hot lunch will be provided by Dunes Learning Center.

Student Cost: $55, Ages < 5: Free

Chaperones: $20

Parking: Free

The registration deadline is April 4th, or until sold out. This is a youth-centered program, and we ask for a ratio of 1 adult for 3-5 students. For more information please visit duneslearningcenter.org or contact Liz Greenwald at 219-395-9555 x1.
