 This morning *8/6/2022) at approximately 12:52 a.m., two Indiana State Troopers from the Lowell Post were struck by another vehicle while conducting a traffic stop on the westbound side of Interstate 80 near the 8.0 mile-marker. The 8.0 mile-marker is approximately one mile west of the Grant Street exit.

Yesterday evening (8/5/2022) at approximately 9:35 PM, State Troopers from the Indiana State Police Toll Road Post responded to a two-vehicle crash that occurred at the 4.1 mile-marker on I-80/90, also known as the Indiana Toll Road. The 4.1 mile-marker is located near the Calumet Avenue exit of the Indiana Toll Road.
