Hoosier History Highlights: Governor Gates Meets Roy Rogers
Friday, July 1 as the Oilmen kick off Independence Day weekend with Military Appreciation Night. The Oilmen will host the Lake County Corn Dogs at 7:10 p.m. at Oil City Stadium on an evening to celebrate America and America’s pastime by recognizing those who protect our country.
Munster's Annual Independence Day Parade & Fireworks will be Sunday, July 3rd
Preceded by the Annual Run for Riley and the recently added Kiwanis Kids Korner, the 76th Annual 4th of July Parade hosted by Kiwanis Club of La Porte will take place on Monday, July 4th, 2022 at 10 a.m.
The Firefighters Association of Munster presents the Annual Kiddie Parade July 4th.
Presented by 1st Source Bank, the La Porte County Symphony Orchestra (LCSO) will present a concert on the 4th of July. This concert, which will be free to the public, will take place at the amphitheater in Fox Park in La Porte and will begin at 7:30 p.m. Fireworks, provided by the City of La Porte, will be over Clear Lake following the concert.
