Mid-Morning Crash Results in OWI Charges for Driver
Lake County- This morning (7/20/2020) at approximately 11:00 a.m., Indiana State Police Master Trooper Kevin Murphy responded to a traffic crash on I-80/94 near the 5.9 mile-marker.
Munster’s Night Out Against Crime Postponed to October
The Munster Police Department would like to notify residents that we will unfortunately have to postpone our National Night Out Against Crime plans, which were originally scheduled to take place on August 4th, out of an abundance of caution and the changes presented in the Governor’s Executive Order to “pause” in Phase 4.5. The National Association of Town Watch has provided a back-up date in early October for communities to hold their National Night Out events, and we hope to be able to announce a new event date along with any possible plans as soon as we have them ready.
