WHO: Wicker Park and Bucktown residents ready for farmers market season…
WHAT: …come together for opening day of the Wicker Park Farmers Market, celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2020! Presented by the Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce with additional support from WPB SSA #33, the market is implementing new COVID-19 safety measures including: a maximum of 50 people in the market at one time, contactless sanitizing stations and one-way travel through the market. To allow for proper social distancing, the number of vendors in this year’s market has been reduced.
Opening day will feature a live violin performance from Emilia Lipinska.

MORE: The Wicker Park Farmers Market is presented by the nonprofit Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce with additional support from WPB Special Service Area #33. The market provides a space for local and regional farmers, food producers and processors to sell handmade and homegrown varieties of fresh fruit and vegetables, baked goods, meats, cheeses, flowers and more. It allows local vendors and residents to come together around shared interests of healthy food and a robust local economy.
