Yoga, Mon, October 21, 9:30-10:30 and Wed, October 23, 5:30-6:30pm. Breathe and stretch your body and mind. Yoga classes are therapeutic as well as restorative. Each class will conclude with a relaxation segment to enhance overall well-being and peace. A prescription from your physician is required prior to attending

Music Wellness, Mon, October 21 No Class. A therapeutic program to enhance quality of life by supporting the health and wellbeing of cancer patients which can lead to stress and anxiety reduction and enhance relaxation. 

Empowerment Drumming, Mon, October 21, No Class. A series of rhythmic activities directed towards self-expression, and music-making which adds harmony to life. No music experience required.  

Walking Club, Mon, October 21, 4-5pm.  A fun, free and easy way to build physical activity into your lifestyle. Enjoy the benefits of social support, stress relief and renewed energy. Will accommodate all levels of walkers. A prescription from your physician is required prior to attending

Wellness Support Group, Tues, October 22, 10-11:30am or 6-7:30pm. Provides an opportunity to share feelings, receive support and learn ways to cope with the experience of having cancer.

Breast Cancer Support, Tues, October 22, 6-7:30 p.m. For all women newly diagnosed, in active treatment and survivors- are welcome to share their concerns, stories and experiences.

Hope Network Cancer Support Group, Wed, October 23; 5:30-7pm. For cancer patients and their caregivers, this group provides support, education sessions and a place to share thoughts, feelings and ideas.

Chi Gong, Thurs, October 24, 9:30-10:30am. Learn this ancient healing art of breath, movement, non-movement and meditation. You will be led through a one hour session of warm-ups, positions and focused movements. A prescription from your physician is required prior to attending.

Chair Yoga, Thurs, October 24, 2-3pm. Designed for those who have difficulty with the regular yoga environment. You may sit or use a chair for balance. Kriya is a holistic, therapeutic, whole body experience; it works to calm the nervous system; strengthens and quiets the mind and body. A prescription from your physician is required prior to attending.

Knit One, Nurture Too…: Thurs, October 24, 1-2:30 p.m. Join our fun filled class for knitting and crocheting blankets, hats, scarves etc. All skill levels welcome.

Tai Chi, Fri, October 25, 9:30-10:30am. The art of Tai Chi is considered “meditation in motion”. Classes emphasize balance, posture, breathing techniques, concentration and complete relaxation. A prescription from your physician is required prior to attending
