Breast Cancer Support, Tues, September 24, 6-7:30 p.m. For all women newly diagnosed, in active treatment and survivors-are welcome to share their concerns, stories and experiences.
Ostomy: Wed, September 25, 10-11:30 a.m. A networking group for patients and caregivers with ostomies to discuss experiences with colostomy, urostomy and ileostomy.
Reiki/Reflexology, Wed, September 25, 2-4, A complimentary therapy that reduces emotional and mental stress and balances and improves the physical body.
Chi Gong, Thurs, September 26, 9:30-10:30am. Learn this ancient healing art of breath, movement, non-movement and meditation. You will be led through a one hour session of warm-ups, positions and focused movements. A prescription from your physician is required prior to attending.
Chair Yoga, Thurs, September 26, 2-3pm. Designed for those who have difficulty with the regular yoga environment. You may sit or use a chair for balance. Kriya is a holistic, therapeutic, whole body experience; it works to calm the nervous system; strengthens and quiets the mind and body.
