Yoga, Mon, September 9, 9:30-10:30 and Wed, September 11, 5:30-6:30pm. Breathe and stretch your body and mind. Yoga classes are therapeutic as well as restorative. Each class will conclude with a relaxation segment to enhance overall well-being and peace. A prescription from your physician is required prior to attending

Sound Healing, Mon, September 9, 11am-Noon. The practice of using crystal bowls as sound therapy which encourages the body to heal from within and promotes health.

Reiki/Reflexology, Mon, September 9, 1-3 p.m. A complimentary therapy that reduces emotional and mental stress and balances and improves the physical body.

Walking Club, Mon, September 9, 4-5pm.  A fun, free and easy way to build physical activity into your lifestyle. Enjoy the benefits of social support, stress relief and renewed energy. Will accommodate all levels of walkers. A prescription from your physician is required prior to attending

Wellness Support Group, Tues, September 10, 10-11:30am or 6-7:30pm. Provides an opportunity to share feelings, receive support and learn ways to cope with the experience of having cancer.

Breast Cancer Support, Tues, September 10, 6-7:30 p.m. For all women newly diagnosed, in active treatment and survivors-are welcome to share their concerns, stories and experiences. 

Reiki, Wed, September 11, 9:30-11:30am. A simple and natural technique for stress reduction and relaxation to promote healing and restore physical and emotional wellbeing. 

Lung Cancer Support, Wed, September 11, 10-11:30am. Those newly diagnosed, in active treatment and surviving are welcome to share their concerns, stories and experiences. 

Chi Gong, Thurs, September 12, 9:30-10:30am. Learn this ancient healing art of breath, movement, non-movement and meditation. You will be led through a one hour session of warm-ups, positions and focused movements. A prescription from your physician is required prior to attending.

Knit One, Nurture Too…: Thurs, September 12, 1-2:30 p.m. Join our fun filled class for knitting and crocheting blankets, hats, scarves etc. All skill levels welcome.  

Chair Yoga, Thurs, September 12, 2-3pm. Designed for those who have difficulty with the regular yoga environment. You may sit or use a chair for balance. Kriya is a holistic, therapeutic, whole body experience; it works to calm the nervous system; strengthens and quiets the mind and body. A prescription from your physician is required prior to attending.

Tai Chi, Fri, September 13, 9:30-10:30am. The art of Tai Chi is considered “meditation in motion”. Classes emphasize balance, posture, breathing techniques, concentration and complete relaxation. A prescription from your physician is required prior to attending
