For nearly two decades, Donna has been a dedicated leader in community development and the arts across Lake County. Since joining Legacy Foundation in 2020, she has served as both Community Development Director and Outreach & Engagement Manager, partnering with neighborhood groups, local municipalities, and regional organizations to strengthen communities and expand opportunities.
Donna previously spent over ten years with South Shore Arts and the Northwest Indiana Symphony Orchestra, leading special projects and serving as the Indiana Arts Commission’s regional arts partner for Lake, Porter, and LaPorte counties. She has also contributed her time to several nonprofit boards, including Meals on Wheels of Northwest Indiana, Friends of the Veterans Memorial Parkway, and The Leadership Institute at Purdue Northwest.
