Chef Joe Trama guides his guests through a multi-course and wine paired culinary adventure French-themed with each menu course demonstrated from the ballroom stage! Every guest receives a set of keepsake custom-designed recipe cards from the evening’s culinary presentation featuring:
- Potage Parmentier (French potato and leek soup)
- Seared ahi tuna nicoise salad
- French baguettes
- Chicken Marengo
- Flourless chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and raspberry coulis
Tickets are $75 and include wine paired with each course! Cash bar also available!
About Chef Joe Trama
A C.E.C. certified chef by the American Culinary 1972 Federation. He began in Stuart, FL. Today, Trama Catering holds the distinction as the exclusive caterer for the Center for Visual and Performing Arts since opening in 1989. He is an adjunct professor of culinary arts at Ivy Tech Community College. In addition to ACF culinary awards, his Sunday Champagne Brunch earned top ratings from The Times and Post-Tribune rankings. Chef Joe has ACE training to mentor and judge practical exams for chefs to become certified.
