Enjoy a romantic evening this Valentine's Day weekend and be serenaded by the world-renowned violinist Yi-Jia Susanne Hou with music for violin and orchestra, conducted by Maestro Drostan Hall!
Program includes romances for violin and orchestra by Beethoven and love inspired works by Kreisler. Camerata Chicago will also delight you with the celebrated Hungarian Dances by Brahms and the famous Intermezzo from the opera Cavalleria Rusticana by Mascagni.
Winner of three international competitions Yi-Jia Susanne Hou has travelled the world soloing with great orchestras including The London Symphony Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic and Camerata Chicago. She has collaborated with renowned musicians such as Mstislav Rostropovich, Pinchas Zukerman and the Late John Nelson.
