In honor of the release of Michael Jordan’s proprietary blend, 2016 Barrel 23, Michael Jordan’s Steak House, located inside the InterContinental Magnificent Mile at 505 N. Michigan Ave, is thrilled to offer guests a three-course Domaine Serene pre-fixe dinner menu complete with wine pairings Friday, October 18 through Sunday, October 20. Barrel 23 is a rare blend of Pinot Noir, crafted to unique specifications and made exclusively for Michael Jordan’s personal cellar and renowned steakhouse in collaboration with Domaine Serene. The wine will be first tasted at a wine dinner on Thursday, October 10. Tickets to the Domaine Serene wine dinner are available for purchase online.
The Michael Jordan’s Steak House Domaine Serene pre-fixe dinner menu features three courses for $125 per person, beginning with Crab Bisque with Ginger, Lemongrass and Coconut paired with Domaine Serene Multi-Vintage r Rose v. XI. The second course includes Waygu Carpaccio with Calabrian Chili Oil, Pecorino Romano, Mint and Arugula, which perfectly pairs with Domaine Serene’s 2016 Evenstad Reserve Chardonnay. The experience concludes with the third course of Dry-Aged Ribeye with Aligot Potatoes, Glace De Viande Aged Balsamic and offers guests the chance to taste the 2016 Barrel 23 Pinot Noir.

The limited time menu is a celebration of flavor and guests will be able to enjoy several handcrafted dishes that were specially selected to complement wines that are housed in Michael Jordan’s personal wine cellar.”
