Trudy Menke is a La Porte–based consultant who specializes in executive coaching, strategic planning, and leadership development for businesses and organizations. She is a 2011 Founding Member and Executive Director of the internationally recognized Maxwell Leadership Certified Team. Trudy focuses on strengthening communication and leadership skills to help leaders and teams improve clarity, build stronger relationships, and achieve meaningful results. She holds a B.S. in Business and brings more than twenty-five years of experience in marketing, sales, and team building.
