Patrol officers will be focusing on speeding, stop sign and stop light violations, bike lane violations, vehicles who are not yielding to pedestrians or bicyclists at 
crosswalks, and other safety issues.
The Munster Police Department plans to hold more blitzes during the upcoming year to promote safety and adherence to traffic laws in Munster.
