National Public Lands Day September 28th

National Public Lands Day is the nation's largest, hands-on volunteer effort to improve and enhance America's public lands. Join the staff and fellow volunteers at Indiana Dunes State Park to help improve one of our many native habitats. Wear comfortable clothes; work glove and equipment will be provided.  More details available soon.

On Saturday, September 28th, 2-4pm, Paul Henry's will host a book release party for local writer, teacher and driving force in the Northwest Indiana literary scene, Janine Harrison, for her collection of poetry, "Weight of Silence." (Wordpool Press, Bloomington)
