Chicago Fire FC announced today that the Club has acquired 20-year-old Nigerian striker Chinonso Offor via transfer from Latvian first division Club FK Rīgas Futbola Skola. Offor will be added to the Fire’s 2021 roster pending a medical and receipt of his International Transfer Certificate (ITC) and P1 Visa. He is under contract with the Fire through the 2023 season with a Club option for the 2024 season.

United Soccer League (USL) announced today that Chicago Fire FC Homegrown goalkeeper Chris Brady was named USL League One’s 2020 Young Player of the Year. Brady, who signed with the Chicago Fire on March 24, spent the 2020 regular season on loan with Fire affiliate Forward Madison FC.
