79th Annual Salon Show, Call for Submissions

The 79th Annual South Shore Arts Salon Show is fast approaching with up to $13,000 in cash awards! The exhibition will begin September 9 and continue through November 6, 2022.

Deadline for entries is 5pm, Friday, August 12, 2022. All fine art media are accepted, including painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, fiber, glass, digital, mixed media, ceramics, video, multimedia and jewelry.

Entries may only be submitted as digital images or on a flash drive. All work must be original and completed within the last two years. Entries may be submitted by any artist 18 years or older who resides or was born in the state of Indiana, who is a current member of South Shore Arts, or who resides or works in Cook County, Illinois.

South Shore Arts is proud to announce that this year’s juror will be Chris Cosnowski. Mr. Cosnowski is an artist and educator living and working in Chicago. He received his B.F.A from the Columbia College of Art and Design in 1992 and his M.F.A. from Northwestern University in 2000.
