
Chicago Fire FC will resume training in Chicago this week, before heading to the Coachella Valley Invitational in California for the Club’s second leg of 2024 MLS preseason.
The Fire will train at SeatGeek Stadium on Wednesday, Jan. 31, as well as on Friday, Feb. 2 and Saturday, Feb. 3. On Thursday, Feb. 1, the team will train at the North Austin Community Center (1841 North Laramie Ave. Chicago, IL, 60639), home of the Chicago Fire Foundation’s award-winning P.L.A.Y.S. Program.

Travel to California
The Fire will travel to Coachella Valley in California to participate in the Coachella Valley Invitational from Feb. 5-17. Chicago will face off against Austin FC, LAFC, Minnesota United FC, and the Portland Timbers (tickets).
Chicago’s 2024 regular season, driven by Carvana, will open on the road against the Philadelphia Union at 6:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, Feb. 24, at Subaru Park in Chester, Pa. The following weekend, the Fire will host 2023 MLS Supporters’ Shield winners FC Cincinnati on March 2 at Soldier Field. Scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. CT, the match against Cincinnati will mark the earliest home opener in Chicago Fire history, occurring two days prior to the Club’s 2023 opener.
