Tuition this month will be prorated. Our normal program is four weeks, but December will be a three-week program to allow room for Winter Breaks. There will be a make-up day offered for those individuals signing up for a Monday class. This month’s tuition will be $67.50 for high school, middle school, elementary, and home school students (the member rate will be $52.50), and $56.25 for preschool and kindergarten students (the member rate will be $41.25). Preschoolers will need assistance from someone at home. Families must be current members of the Chesterton Art Center to receive the member rate. A bag stuffed with generous supplies is included in the tuition and will be picked up from the Art Center. Any supplies left at the end of the month are yours to keep!
December classes begin on Tuesday, December 1st. In December, cubism is the art movement the children will be studying. We will also be focusing on the beauty of local nature in winter. Animals from the Arctic and Antarctic will be created in a fun cubism inspired mixed media piece. Drawing and art history are always a part of our monthly program, but this month we will also add some sparkles. Please join us!
