Call it the “side project” for the cast of Paramount’s long-running smash hit musical, Million Dollar Quartet, still playing to sold-out houses, now in its tenth month at the new Stolp Island Theatre in downtown Aurora.

In addition to rockin’ eight shows a week as music legends Jerry Lee Lewis and Elvis Presley, MDQ stars Alex Swindle and Garrett Forrestal, with fellow cast members Madison Palmer, Sam Pearson, Jake Saleh, Haley Jane Schafer, and Lior Shragg, have shaken and stirred their onstage chemistry and backstage camaraderie to create a band that lets them blow off, or better, show off, their unbelievable creative steam.
Original works, B-sides, rock and roll classics and contemporary songs are all on the playlist at a Four Buck Family Band show. Since going public with their side project, the band has sold out two shows at The Venue in downtown Aurora and performed a monthly gig in the city at Davenport’s, including most recently, a raucous St. Patrick’s Day concert.
