
Warren County – This morning (5/14/2024), just after 6:30 a.m., Trooper Jeffries, alongside the Warren County Sheriff's Office, responded to a 9-1-1 call on High Street in West Lebanon. Upon arrival, Trooper Jeffries encountered Perry Elliott, 60, of West Lebanon.
Following a thorough investigation, Trooper Jeffries was able to develop information leading him to believe that Elliott had allegedly battered and intimidated a female inside the residence. Elliott was safely taken into custody and transported to the Warren County Jail.
During a subsequent investigation, Trooper Jeffries discovered suspected methamphetamine in Elliott's possession. The suspected methamphetamine will undergo further analysis at the Indiana State Police Laboratory for an exact determination of substance and weight.
Perry Elliott, aged 60 and residing in West Lebanon, faces preliminary charges, including:
- Possession of Methamphetamine – Level 5 Felony
- Domestic Battery – Level 6 Felony
- Intimidation – Level 6 Felony
Trooper Jeffries was assisted by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
