IU Football is well-positioned for a second straight trip to the College Football Playoff.
Coach Curt Cignetti’s 9-0 team is ranked No. 2 in the inaugural 2025 College Football Playoff rankings, which was released earlier tonight on ESPN. New rankings will be released on each of the next four Tuesday evenings (Nov. 11, Nov. 18, Nov. 25, Dec. 2) leading up to the announcement of the 12-team College Football Playoff on Sunday, Dec. 7, at Noon on ESPN.

In the meantime, IU Football has three regular season games remaining, including its Nov. 15 regular season home finale against Wisconsin at Noon.
