You Asked, We Answered!

Question: I want to do curbside pickup for the library books I requested but I hate talking on the phone. Can't I just text you?

Answer: Sure! Just use the curbside pickup feature in the LCPL app. The button will appear in the Holds section of your My Account menu when your holds are available. Give it a tap and it'll let us know you're on your way. Then you can just tap "I'm here" when you arrive - at which point you'll also be able to text us if you want!
