
This Valentine’s Day, Truluck’s sets the standard for a truly special celebration, offering couples an elevated dining experience defined by exquisite flavors, elegant ambiance, and thoughtful details at every turn. A Chicago special-occasion destination, Truluck’s is celebrated for impeccably prepared fresh seafood, lobster, and seasonal Florida Stone Crab, while also captivating steak enthusiasts with its premium, hand-cut selections. From February 11 - 15, Chef Javier Fuentes invites guests to savor a curated dining experience filled with culinary surprises and unforgettable moments.
Truluck’s Valentine’s Day menu highlights a ‘Love of Lobster’ bringing inspiration from the subtly sweet and clean flavor of lobster. Specialty lobster dishes are available a la carte and will be served alongside menu staples of premium hand-cut steaks and the freshest seafood.
To kick off the romantic dining experience, Truluck’s specialty cocktail includes the TRU Temptation, a fresh vodka-based cocktail, infused with lemon, amaro, almond, and strawberry for a subtly sweet flavor and pink hue. For diners with a preference for a more spirit-forward experience, the limited-time Tequila Old Fashioned offers a unique twist on a classic cocktail featuring Herradura Reposado Tequila with plum and black walnut bitters. To accompany these tasty cocktails, diners can indulge in the Lobster Rockefeller to begin their dining experience. This is Truluck’s twist on Oysters Rockefeller and
brings together decadent lobster meat, a creamy spinach-based sauce and is drizzled with warm parmesan-Pernod cream and lemon beurre blanc.
As an entrée, the ‘Love of Lobster’ menu offers both Lobster & Caviar Risotto and Lobster Frites. Creamy Lobster & Caviar Risotto is sauteed with leeks, cherrywood smoked bacon, and herbed truffle Boursin, then topped with Maine lobster morsels and caviar. Ranging from 21 to 26 ounces, the Lobster Frites feature a buttery lobster tail topped with king crab-truffle butter, served alongside crispy Truffle Parmesan Fries. Diners can also add an indulgent accompaniment of Filet Mignon, Prime New York Strop and Prime Ribeye.
To complete the decadent dining experience, Truluck’s Valentine’s Day menu includes a Flourless Chocolate Bar. A rich, dense, flourless dark chocolate cake topped with macerated raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries.
