Munster Police Department’s Senior Citizen Welfare Check

If contact cannot be made with the resident, emergency contacts will be called or an officer will proceed to the residence to perform a welfare check.    A form must be completed by the resident or an authorized family member and must be e-mailed (to jghrist@munster.org) or mailed to the Munster PD (1001 Ridge Rd) in care of Officer James Ghrist.
