Purdue Extension will lead a hands-on workshop that will provide participants a better understanding of the fundamental roles and responsibilities of board members, characteristics and qualities of an effective board, and the three phases of the Board Development Cycle.
This workshop is open to nonprofit board members and executive directors/CEOs.
To maximize the workshop's effectiveness, registered organizations are required to have 2 participants, with a maximum of 3 participants. Each participant is required to have their own ticket purchased.
