
Last updated in 2023, the PPIP outlines strategies for public and stakeholder engagement in transportation planning and programming. It serves as INDOT’s guidebook for conducting public involvement across numerous planning activities, including the STIP and LRTP, as well as modal, freight, corridor, and safety plans.
The 30-day public comment period begins February 11th, 2026 and ends March 13th, 2026.
