Taught by Blair Thomas, Artistic Director & Founder of The Chicago International Puppet Theater Festival, this workshop intensive over a full weekend explores the relationship between the puppet and their puppeteer. The work focuses on performance techniques for the solo performer to explore the development of character, relationship, text, non-text and movement. Performance experience and or builder’s experience is preferred. Fee includes: snacks and materials. The workshop is limited to 12 participants.
