Ring in the New Year with Truluck’s

Truluck’s Ocean’s Finest Seafood and Crab will be open from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, Wednesday, December 31, for diners looking for an elevated special occasion experience to ring in 2026. Known for its exceptional service and always fresh, meticulously prepared seafood, Truluck’s has become one of the Chicago area’s premier special occasion dining destinations.

Truluck’s will be hosting an a la carte, specialty New Year’s Eve menu with decadent options across each course. Within appetizers, diners have the option of eight selections, including Little Gem Caesar Salad, the classic Truluck’s always fresh Florida Stone Crab, or fresh oysters on the half shell. To really celebrate this New Year’s Eve, delight in TRU Caviar Service, offering the private reserve or trident royale.

Moving into main entrees, Truluck’s is offering a mix of classic menu staples to specialty options, including Miso Glazed Seabass served with crab fried rice and shaved Asian vegetables, Filet Mingon, hand-cut & broiled at 1200° and served with parmesan mashed potatoes and peppercorn ju, or Blue Crab Stuffed Lobster Tails, also served with parmesan mashed potatoes, as well as asparagus and lobster-sherry ju. Additional sides include asparagus, truffle Boursin mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, pan-seared broccoli, or brie-king crab mac and cheese.

Rounding out New Year’s Eve Dinner, dessert options for the evening include the award-winning Truluck’s Carrot Cake, Chocolate Malt Cake, served with berries and warm chocolate sauce, or Key Lime Pie offering a tart custard, almond graham crust, and fresh whipped cream.
