The nonprofit Rogers Park Business Alliance (RPBA) is proud to announce the 17th season of its Glenwood Sunday Market (GSM), Sundays from June 7 to October 25 (closed June 28 and August 16), from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. The Market will take place along Glenwood Avenue between Morse and Lunt Avenues, to the west of the CTA Red Line Morse stop. Before the Market’s season, Glenwood Sunday Market will host a Spiral Into Spring Fundraiser on April 19 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. at The Rhapsody Theater (1328 W. Morse Ave.) to raise money for its Food Access Program. More information about the market can be found at glenwoodsundaymarket.rpba.org.

Glenwood Sunday Market will host the Spiral Into Spring Fundraiser to support its Food Access Program. This program has been combating food insecurity by matching grants to GSM shoppers who lack access and financial resources to fresh local food through LINK Cards and other SNAP card benefits. The funds raised will contribute towards enabling SNAP customers to double their dollars to purchase fresh, nutritious food at the farmers market each week.
Fundraiser guests will be able to learn about the impact of GSM while enjoying appetizers provided by Urban Tables, and samples from returning vendors Katherine Anne Confections, pHlour, Rebecca’s Confections, Schmaltz & Vinegar, and Urban Canopy. This year, attendees can purchase tokens to play a series of carnival games to win raffle tickets for grand prizes. The carnival games include a ring toss, shoot the moon, Yahtzee, and shuffleboard. General admission tickets are $50, which include entrance, appetizers and desserts, and a complimentary drink, with additional drinks available for purchase. There are two VIP ticket options: the $100 VIP ticket bracket includes entrance, one drink ticket, appetizers and dessert, and a swag bag, and the $500 VIP ticket includes entrance, a private booth for up to 4 people, one drink ticket per person, appetizers & desserts, samples from vendors, and a swag bag. Tickets for the Spiral Into Spring Fundraiser can be purchased at RPBA.org.
For the past 16 consecutive years, Glenwood Sunday Market has been a program of the nonprofit Rogers Park Business Alliance, with a vision to create an equitable, ethical, and secure local food system and provide a significant revenue stream for local farmers and food producers who work within 200 miles of Rogers Park. Glenwood Sunday Market encourages participation by farmers engaged in sustainable farming methods, including certified organic farms and biodynamic farms, as well as those who are transitioning land from conventional to organic. It also welcomes artisanal food vendors committed to using local, seasonal, and sustainably produced ingredients. All vendors accept cash, and most accept credit and debit cards. The 2026 Glenwood Sunday Market vendors will be announced later in the spring, and donations to GSM can be made at glenwoodsundaymarket.rpba.org.
