The Village of Rosemont is thrilled to welcome LM Restaurant Group’s Land & Lake to its roster of premier dining establishments. Now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the newly reimagined Holiday Inn & Suites (6600 Mannheim Rd.), Land & Lake features an impressive menu of American classics made from locally sourced ingredients. Reservations are available via Tock and takeout and delivery are offered via Toast, Grubhub and Doordash/Caviar.

Highlights of Land & Lake’s menu include Breakfast Mac & Cheese with smoked cheddar mornay, sunny side up egg, bacon and a house made biscuit; the restaurant’s popular Shrimp & Grain Salad with avocado, arugula, quinoa, pickled onion, fried carrots, goat cheese and house red wine vinaigrette; and a Grilled Pork Chop with roasted apple and whole grain mustard and pickled apples.
The food offerings are complimented by Land & Lake’s diverse bar program featuring a variety of locally and regionally brewed beers; a selection of wine primarily from the West Coast and a variety of craft cocktails. Highlights from the cocktail menu include the Rosemont with dry white wine, house gin, orange juice and fresh seasonal fruit; the Grant Park with house vodka, elderflower liqueur, blackberry syrup, lime juice, ginger beer and lime garnish and the Ravenswood with Ravenswood house rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, ginger ale and lime garnish.
Land & Lake’s light-filled 92-seat dining room offers both high and low banquette seating as well as a variety of tables along the wall of windows overlooking a large 62-seat patio area. An expansive bar area offers views of two TVs and an open kitchen rounds out the dining area. Whitewashed brick walls accent the space and local Chicago artist Jason Brammer created a large custom wall mural highlighting the distinctive Rosemont water tower. The restaurant also features a large private dining room with seating for 50, offering a number of options for group dining.
