South Bend Civic Theatre presents The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, based on Barbara Robinson’s beloved 1972 novel.
The six Herdman children are notorious for their bad behavior—cigar smoking, shoplifting, and menacing their classmates—but when, lured in by the promise of free snacks, they take over the Sunday school's Christmas pageant, the whole town learns some unexpected lessons about the true meaning of Christmas.
Directed by Don Hunter. Runtime 60minutes.
Performances will take place in the Wilson Auditorium located at the South Bend Civic Theatre, 403 N Main Street, downtown South Bend. Evening showtimes are December 12, 13, 18, 19, and 20. Matinees are December 13, 14, 20 and 21 at 2:00PM. Tickets are Reserved Seating and range in price from $35-$27 and can be purchased at sbct.org or by calling the box office at 574-234-1112.
A pay-what-you-can preview performance will take place on December 11 at 7:30PM.
