Other specials include Garlic Shrimp Pasta, a fresh fettucine with Tiger Shrimp in a white wine pomodoro sauce and Lobster Roll, featuring Maine lobster with lemon aioli, salsa macha and fresh dill. Also new this summer at Offshore Rooftop are Oysters served with mignonette and house cocktail sauce.
Offshore Rooftop is exited to announce Chef Ricky Amaya will be joining the team as Executive Chef starting this June. Chef Amaya joins Offshore Rooftop with over 20 years’ experience and an extensive culinary background across Spanish, Mexican, French, and Italian cuisines.
