Also featured on the special “Sinners & Saints” menu are Lobster Tempura BAO and Brie and Lobster Mac & Cheese. All special selections are available a la carte, complimented by Truluck’s full seasonal dinner menu. Caviar Celebrations and Blissful Beginnings
For an incomparably luxurious start to their Valentine’s experience, diners can indulge in Truluck’s newly introduced private label caviar. TRU Caviar Service offers two distinct selections, catering to devotees as well as guests encountering the delicacy for the first time.
Exclusive to Truluck’s, Trident Royale Caviar is sourced from Prunier, a renowned French producer with a 150-year legacy of excellence, and perfected from Siberian sturgeon raised in France. Celebrated worldwide for its exquisite quality, and nutty, rich, buttery, yet briny, flavor, this caviar is chocolate brown to dark amber in color. Truluck’s Private Reserve Caviar, made from sustainably farmed white sturgeon from California’s Sacramento River, boasts medium-large, semi-firm eggs in shades of onyx to light or dark brown, providing a creamy, nutty flavor profile with earthy undertones and a velvety finish.
As part of the TRU Caviar Service, guests’ selected caviar is accompanied by traditional accoutrements of chives, chopped hard-boiled egg, and crème fraiche, with warm blinis and potato chips to complement the flavor. Both selections pair beautifully with Truluck’s signature Florida Stone Crab claws, delivered fresh from trap to table in under 24 hours.

Guests can toast to their special evening with a TRU Temptation specialty cocktail – a delectable blend of vodka, amaro, fresh lemon, almond, and strawberry, garnished with two dried tea roses – or an exquisite bottle of wine from Truluck’s award-winning wine list. Truluck’s curated beverage offerings include more than 40 wines by the glass and 200 bottle selections alongside an array of thoughtfully crafted cocktails including zero-proof options.
