Mrs. Osburn's resume includes titles of Assistant Warden at Putnamville Correctional Facility, Warden at the Indianapolis Juvenile Correctional Facility , housing both male and female offenders, Director of Mental Health and Special Populations, and Warden of Edinburgh Correctional Facility. She is a member of the Traumatic Brain Injury Committee and has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Indiana University and a Master of Science Management Degree from Oakland City University.
Some of Mrs. Osburn's interests outside the agency include travel and quilting. She is a lifetime member of VFW Post #1257 and American Legion Post #230, both located in Martinsville, Indiana.
Warden Osburn retired from the Indiana Department of Correction on April 30, 2020. Her experience and leadership will be missed by all.
