Take a chance during Bishop Noll Institute's Queen of Hearts game! Tickets are now on sale at the school's main office, 1519 Hoffman St. They will be sold until the first drawing Oct. 21 and weekly after that until the queen is revealed. Tickets cost $5 each or $20 for 5 tickets for this 50/50 progressive style raffle.
The Queen of Hearts is a game of chance where a player can win a portion of money held in a jackpot. When the jackpot is awarded to a winner, Bishop Noll will also receive its portion of the pot.
Each Friday, a live drawing will be held at 2 p.m., with the first one taking place Oct. 21. A ticket will be drawn from the drum containing a purchaser’s name and choice of card number. That card will be removed from the Queen of Hearts game board and if the queen of hearts appears on the card, that purchaser will win. If the queen is not chosen, the ticket holder will win a prize of $250 or $500 if a Joker is drawn. All other raffle tickets will be discarded and a new weekly raffle begins.
