The Chesterton Duneland Kiwanis Club is delighted to announce that once again it will host an evening of fun, food, and music at the 2026 Soulstice Summer Music Festival, from 5 to 10 p.m. Saturday, June 20, at Thomas Centennial Park in Downtown Chesterton.
For the first time, this great event will be held in the evening, and what better way is there to kick off the summer officially than by listening to some soulful music performed by a couple of the Region’s most popular bands in the Downtown on the actual Summer Solstice?
The price of a ticket has even been lowered to a budget-friendly $10 in advance ($15 at the door)! Even better, youth under 18 will be admitted free!
In addition, local legend Leroy’s Hot Stuff will be on hand to serve up some excellent food and drinks.
Northwest Indiana’s own Derek Caruso & The Blues Fuse will headline the event and show why their unique sound has made them favorites around the Region and respected veterans of the Chicago Blues scene.
Kiwanis is also excited to welcome Phoenix RiZing, another Region staple who feature a high energy mix of classic rock and Blues.
The Chesterton Duneland Kiwanis Club supports Duneland organizations whose mission is to enhance the lives of children and families. All proceeds from the 2026 Soulstice Summer Music Festival will be re-invested in the community via donations to these worthy organizations.
So grab your lawn chairs, join us for a grand evening, and do some good for Duneland’s kids! A win-win!
