Portage Live Announces 2021 Schedule - PanoramaNOW Entertainment NewsJim Bulanda is a local talent who can easily step into the shoes of any major Las Vegas entertainer; a vocal impersonator of such greats as Dean Martin, Tony Bennett, Neil Diamond and Michael Buble. He is most famous and appreciated for his incredible vocal impression of the Chairman of the Board himself, Frank Sinatra.  With his repertoire of over 300 classic songs, he has delighted every audience for over 20 years.  Bulanda has been featured throughout northwest Indiana at venues including Star Plaza, accompanied by the NWI Symphony and at numerous coast to coast venues including Las Vegas.

All Tuesday night concerts will be held indoors. Seating, as well as concessions and a cash bar are provided. Free and open to the public, these concerts feature music ranging from 40s & 50s to rock & roll, swing, blues, contemporary and a Jimmy Buffet tribute, all featuring local talent! Come and Dance! A car show will also be featured at Woodland Park before and during all Tuesday concerts.

This series is made possible by a generous grant from Porter County Community Foundation, donations by the Portage business community, individual citizen benefactors and the support of the Portage Department of Parks and Recreation.

Your donations of nonperishable food, personal items or paper products for the Portage Food Pantry and Gabriel’s Horn Homeless Shelter will be welcomed at the concerts but are not required. The Summer Music Series committee consists of Co-Chairmen Jose Moreno and Terry Hardin, Linda Hardin, Nancy Simpson, Amy Armstrong, Benjamin Leonard-White and Paul Panicali.
