Unwind and reconnect during this immersive evening of sound healing. Through the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, ambient instrumentation, guided breathwork, and gentle meditation, participants will be invited into a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, encourage mindfulness, and create space for reflection and relaxation. No prior experience is necessary; simply bring yourself and a willingness to slow down.
