Two separate traffic stops on Memorial Day resulted in 2 handguns being taken off the streets of Lake County. 

Monday (5/25/2020) morning at approximately 12:30 a.m., Trooper Carlson was stationary on I-80/94 eastbound near the 1.4 mile-marker.  A vehicle was observed traveling eastbound at a high rate of speed.
