The qualified candidate will preferably have a Master’s Degree in Anthropology with a focus on Archaeology and must meet the Secretary of the Interior's Standards (36 CFR 61) in archaeology. Individuals with field experience and a desire to advance their career path will also be considered.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading Phase I surveys;
- Conducting Phase Ib, Ic, and II testing;
- Working on Phase III mitigation projects;
- Writing and editing reports
- Conducting QAQC on peer’s documents;
- Helping analyze artifacts;
- Providing leadership/mentoring for younger staff.
