Sales & General Tax Information Bulletins from the Indiana Department of Revenue.
The following Information Bulletins have been updated:
- Sales Tax Information Bulletin #51 - Public Utilities - This has been changed to reflect the addition of a new exemption as part of SEA 383 (2021). It was also updated to include guidance concerning exemptions for wastewater utilities and to reflect the department's position regarding the application of non-utility exemptions to utilities.
- Sales Tax Information Bulletin #70 - Farm Markets - Updated to clarify the contact information.
- General Tax Information Bulletin #207 - Aircraft Excise Tax - Updated to reflect that the way that tax gets deposited changed as of July 1, 2021.
